The Wiener Koalano Kai (‘the Association’) receives important personal information from customers when providing services.
The Association complies with the Personal Data Protection Act, handles customers’ important personal information appropriately and strives to provide reliability and peace of mind.
The personal information that the Association collects includes the following items.

– Your telephone number
– Your e-mail address
1.Acquisition of personal information
The Association will not use deception or other wrongful means to acquire personal information.
When a customer uses the services of the Association, the Association collects the customer’s personal information. This is only done voluntarily by the customer, and when the customer provides personal information, it is assumed that the customer has given permission for the Association to use the personal information in accordance with the Association’s Privacy Policy.

The Association will only use personal information for the following purposes.

The Association takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information.
(In addition, the Association’s website uses a special encryption technology called SSL and stores personal information on a dedicated server protected by a security system called a firewall, and does its utmost to prevent unauthorised external access and information leaks.)
4. Provision of personal information to third parties
The Association will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the person concerned, except as stipulated by the Personal Information Protection Act and other pertinent laws and regulations. However, personal information may be provided to companies that are commissioned to provide services, such as payment collection agencies.
5. Disclosure and correction of personal information
If the Association receives a request from a person to disclose their own personal information, it will do so promptly. In addition, if there is a request for correction, addition or deletion, the request will be dealt with promptly after investigation. If we are unable to verify your identity when these requests are made, we will not comply with them.
However, if there is an official enquiry based on judicial order, the police or other public authority, we will disclose the information accordingly.

The content of this policy is subject to change. The amended policy will take effect from the time it is posted on the website, unless otherwise specified by the Association.
